There is no application fee for the exam and it is totally free.

Update (16/07/2013): Yesterday I was filling form for one of my friend and it took almost an hour to complete registration. Website is very slow and AJAX validation and form population at too many places causes connection timeout issues often.
Online form submission process for government exams and admissions is always very slow and it should be addressed soon.
Update 29 July: List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on High court's website today at 9:00pm.
