I always prefer to pay my tata photon bill online using netbanking. I use tata docomo website to pay the bill.
On 25th July 2013, I paid my current month bill online on their website as last date for payment was 28.
I did not note down transaction number after confirmation as i had paid bill many times using same facility and never noted it.
On 27th, I received pending bill intimation by sms so i got confused. I verified payment history on their website and july's bill was still in pending status. There was no payment confirmation email and I didn't even noticed it.
Yesterday, I called tata photon customer care and informed them my issue. They told me to email it with bank statement details. I immediately mailed them.
Customer care person contacted me in the afternoon to confirm few details and assured me that issue will get resolved soon. Around 1-2 hrs later, i got sms that payment has been received by tata photon and they will resolve it.
In the evening, i got email confirmation of payment and also sms regarding same.
Good service by tata photon customer care people to resolve issue quickly.

Prime minister's national relief fund contribution delay in confirmation
In Uttarakhand tragedy last month, many people lost their near and dear ones, many locals lost their home. Salute to army who fought bad weather and rescued almost one lakh people who were stuck in floods.
I also felt bad like every indian and wanted to do something for the people who suffered. It was not possible to do much and only option available was to contribute small amount which I can donate.
I thought of helping by contributing towards prime minister's relief fund. My contribution is very small considering the damage done by this tragic incident.
On 1st July 2013, I made small contribution of Rs. 2000 by paying online. I got email confirmation of the payment. They have stated in mail that transaction confirmation will take 1-2 days and I will receive printed receipt by mail on my address within 15-20 days.
Last week, I was checking payment history on PMNRF website and status of my payment was still "Pending
(Confirmation awaited from bank)". I contacted them for payment status using Contact Us form on website but no reply yet.
I will update once I get confirmation from them or when contribution status is confirmed.
I hope that the problem will get resolved soon.

Speed post by Indian post is best
I ordered cheque book through net banking. Usually it is delivered by courier in 2-3 days.
I got sms from ING that cheque book is dispatched through Shree Maruti courier services. But when i checked the details on their article tracking website, status was RETURNED due to short address.
I receive all my mails, couriers on same address. I doubt whether they tried to deliver it.
I sent them email for the same and they replied regretting and saying that next time, they'll take care.
I got call from ING bangalore office that cheque book is returned due to address not found. They confirmed the address on phone and told me that they are resending it by Speed Post.
Cheque book was delivered from Bangalore on 19th June and today(21st June), I received my cheque book.
In morning, i checked Indian post website for status of my cheque book and status was "sent to rupeenagar post office from pune".
I thought that it will get delivered tomorrow but to my surprise, I just received it at 6.30pm.
Very happy with service of Speed Post service of Indian Post.
Experience of Shree Maruti courier was worst and i will never suggest it to anyone. Don't know why ING preferred them first while delivering my cheque book.

Today(19 june 2013), i bought Micromax blade X55 dual sim mobile. It has 5mp camera with flash and face detection feature. It is not touch screen phone.
